At Calypso Can Company, we stand behind the quality of our designer watering cans. Each product is crafted with care.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be undamaged, in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Process
- Contact us at support@calypsocanco.com to request a return authorization
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to our return address in Sparks, Nevada (provided in return authorization)
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your watering can arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
