Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via UPS Ground. The carrier will be selected based on your location and package specifications.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please contact us directly at support@calypsocanco.com if you're interested in international delivery options.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account on our website.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes for certain shipping methods. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
Package Dimensions
Our watering cans are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit:
- 1.5L Models: Approximately 16 × 6 × 12 in
- 2.5L Model: Approximately 20 × 6 × 12 in
Lost or Damaged Packages
